New Chaingang Circuit

As the nights are starting to draw in, we've decided to move the Tuesday chaingang to the rassau industrial estate. The new circuit should be relatively traffic free and has street lights so should be safer.

Also, as we're using a small circuit it means that anybody who gets dropped just has to sit up and wait for the group to come around again.
