Justin Ford continues to lower his course times with an impressive 24m 11s

The series continues next week with the first rider off at 7pm on the Old Furnace course, a circuit route taking in the old and new roads between Hafodyrynys and Pontypool.

You dont have to be a member, have a fancy bike, pointy hat or even have to take it seriously to ride, everybody welcome.
