Ian Davies (CCBG) continues his return to form to be the first club rider of the year to go below the 24 minute barrier on the Old Furnace course. His winning time of 34m 45s was almost 30 seconds faster the second placed Martin Latewood (CCBG) and alomost 40 seconds quickerthan the Tony Hudson (CCBG) who completed the nights podium. Only just missing out on the placings by 1 second was Justin Ford (CCBG) who continues his dramatic ascent through the results,.

The series continues next week with the first rider off at 7pm on the Old Furnace course, a circuit route taking in the old and new roads between Hafodyrynys and Pontypool.
