Club Presentation

The Annual Presentation Lunch of Abertillery & District Wheelers CC will be held at the West Monmouthshire Golf Club, Nantyglo, on Sunday November 22rd at 12-30 p.m.

Bookings at  £8 for the two course meal  should be made with me before November 15th.. We are holding a lunch again  this year instead of the Saturday evening dinner of previous years, hoping to  increase the attendance of last year.

We find that a Lunch is less formal than a dinner, and we hope that everyone will support us by making an effort to attend, meet with old friends, applaud the prize winners, and have a pleasant day.

I will appreciate early bookings, but need to know who will be there at least seven days beforehand  in order to give the caters an  idea of our final numbers.

If anybody needs Rhys's contact details, send me (Martin) an email or a PM on the forum and I'll send them to you.

We're also hoping to organise a short club run on the morning of the presentation finishing at the golf club. If anybodies got a suggestion for a suitable run, please post them on the forum.
