Updated News Section

I've added a content management system to the website to handle the news section.

This means that anybody who has an account can add, edit or delete news items. The system has an online editor similar to Word and doesn't need any HTML knowledge. Once a new item is added to the site, it will automatically appear on the front page.

Hopefully this will allow us to keep the site up to date.

If you want an account, send me an email with the username and password you want to use and I'll setup your access and send you details on how to log onto the secure portion of the site, where all the editting tools are.
