Take this opportunity to get fit and have fun -join The Prince's Trust Cymru for an exciting new off road cycle event on the traffic free routes of the National Cycle Network along the Celtic trail, taking you through a spectacular landscape of changing scenery.
The event takes place on Sunday 4th March 2007 from 10 am. Along with having fun participants will be helping disadvantaged young people in South Wales by raising funds for The Prince's Trust Cymru.

The Trust is seeking entries from groups, individuals and organisations-everyone is welcome! With the help of your local communities we can raise a record amount of funds for the work the organisation undertakes with young people across Wales. In addition all of those who complete the ride will benefit from a goody bag, T-shirt and commemorative medal with the opportunity to win a mountain bike.

Riders can choose between an 11 or 22 mile route – both of which start at The Welsh climbing Centre at Taff Bargoed. The route is then totally off road taking in the magnificent backdrops of Parc Taff Bargoed, Parc Penallta and Sirhowry Valley Country Park.

We hope that as many people as possible will take up the challenge - with healthy living and lifestyles at the forefront of so many people’s minds, we hope that people will set themselves a goal and with the support of The Trust’s commercial team, will enjoy a fun filled day.

All of the funds raised will go towards supporting the work that The Trust undertakes with over 6000 disadvantaged people in Wales each year.
