I received this in the mail box...

My name is Martin Holt, i work for the Welsh Ambulance Service and live in Abertillery. On june 4th 2006 i am taking part in a 50 mile sponsored cycle ride in aid of the British Heart Foundation.

At present my donations total just over £313.00, which i am very pleased with. I anticipate getting many individual sponsors from family,friends and collegues. I was wondering if you could add a small piece on your website promoting this and perhaps ask your members if they would like to sponsor me individually.

Good Luck Martin, the BHF is a very good cause. If you fancy a bit of training before the ride, we hold a 10 mile time trial on Thursdays on the old road between Hafodyrynys and Pontypool and we have a club run on Sundays leaving from the Market square in Brynmawr Come and have a go!
