Thursday Evening Chaingang

Following the success of last week's chaingaing, we will once again be heading down to Risca and back on Thursday (20^th October) then back to the clubroom for a cup of tea!

We will be meeting at 6:15pm in the car park opposite Abertillery Rugby Club for a 1 hour session.

Everybody is welcome to attend, but please remember to bring lights.

This is a training run, not a club run, so expect a brisk pace, however we will be taking it easy on the climbs and trying to stay together as much as possible. As the racing season approaches, we'll be picking up the pace.
