Fine weather has been ordered for this weeks (17^th Nov) ride and we won't be going too fast. Nobody got dropped or left behind last week!

We will be meeting at 6:15pm in the car park opposite Abertillery Rugby Club for a 1 hour session.

Everybody is welcome to attend, but please remember to bring lights.

This is a training run, not a club run, so expect a brisk pace, however we will be taking it easy on the climbs and trying to stay together as much as possible. As the racing season approaches, we'll be picking up the pace.
