Another solid performance from Gareth Chislett saw him finish in the middle of the field in the Welsh Cyclo-Cross League round 8 held at Pontypool Park.

The race was fiercely contested from the start with Stephen Roach SiS and Julian Winn Pinerello going clear. Winn, riding his first cross of the season, failed to repeat his winning ride from the previous year.
