Abertillery & District Wheelers Open 25
The Open 25 for 2006 will take place on Saturday, 6th May with the first rider off at 14:01. This years event is organised by Ian Davies.
COURSE R25/20:
START on unclassified road (old A40) two and three quarter miles west of Raglan roundabout, at twin power cable poles, 150 yards short of Clytha Inn.Proceed via this road and B4598 to junction with A40 near Abergavenny (5.19miles)
LEFT with care, and follow A40 Dual carriageway to Raglan roundabout,(12.79 miles)
TURN BY CIRCLING ROUNDABOUT and retrace to Hardwick roundabout Abergavenny (20.59miles)
Take fifth exit, B4598 and proceed via Penpergwm to FINISH opposite a point 9 yards beyond drain cover on right, and 75 yards short of road to Llanarth on left.
NOTE: THERE IS NO ROOM FOR PARKING AT START OR IN CLYTHA INN CAR PARK
THE RACE NUMBERS AND RESULT BOARD WILL BE AT HEADQUARTERS.
