These are the four brave cyclists who swam in the sea on a freezing cold February afternoon at Barry. Much to the amusement and amazement of passers by.

I know it looks almost tropical but it's still freezing outside. That's why we are all inside Usk Garden Centre. |
The Captain, who was not on this ride, said "I'll give two extra runs cup points to anyone who goes to Bedlinog". Well here's the proof ! I was the only one who dared to ride there in the cold. After the others made their way home, I rode those extra miles. |
